About this site

My name is Dale McCrory. I have spent a lot of my life building software products as a software developer, product manager and director of software development. My experiences have shown me how to build things in large companies (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud), small companies (like Lingk), and n0n-profits (like Prison Fellowship), in tough times and in good times.

But I've also seen at reflection in life in much of what I do. I've spent a lot of time with men's ministry and small group ministries trying to be part of groups and leading group building people into lovers of Christ. In my marriage, building a stronger relationship requires sharing a vision and working through conflict.

In all life, there are constraints and relationships that define how much value is derived from the result of the effort. Life is a product... we either get better over time or we die from lack of maintanence. :)
